IDX Alerts provides
enterprise event management and alerting technology to your business.
Monitoring one or many databases on a
LAN, WAN or across the internet, IDX Alerts sends messages to one
or more people (or computers) when a fulfillment or other supply chain
activity occurs per your pre-defined criteria.
Using IDX Alerts, you define
the events or exception conditions
important for your business to know, who needs to know them and when
they will find out.
The program will automatically send electronic
notifications via the method you prefer (e-mail, SMS, fax, network
message and other media).
Some
of the events which you can set to trigger an alert include:
out-of-stock condition, customer order acceptance, fill and shipment
notifications, late in-bound receipt, carrier arrival with critical
inventory, an on-hand quantity passing a minimum threshold, or
order-fill service levels dropping below a target.
